Weekly livestream classes

  • Walk

    A low impact, calorie burning, full body, walking-based workout! You just need a small space and want to rack up those steps!

  • Zumba

    Zumba combines Latin and International music with a fun and effective workout system. If you're moving, then you've got it right.

  • Stretch

    Focusing on simple ways to relax your neck, shoulders, arms, chest, hips and legs. A chair is required and no floor stretches.

  • Walk + Tone

    This combines the Walk Class with strength training for the upper body by using a dish towel, resistance bands and/or hand weights.
